Too many times do I hear people say they do not eat their veggies because they think they are the busiest human alive. They assume to eat veggies you need to spend hours of stressful work chopping up veggies on a cutting board. People get this image of this great chef who slaves for hours doing this in preparation for a meal. Well I am here to say that cutting up fresh veggies does not even take that long; but if you are one of the people who is so busy doing important things in life than I got some help for you.

There are a whole bunch of frozen veggies that you can buy. They come in all types of mixes and blends so that you can cover all different types of veggies. They work out really nice because all you have to do is put them in boiling water, and if you do not have time for that than you probably are so busy you will find time to starve to death.

Frozen veggies are so versatile, and even if they do not fit well in the meal you are eating, than throw them on the side in a bowl and eat them by on their own. I do not even need to explain the importance and the advantages of getting veggies in your diet, if you do not know by now; it is because you do not want to know. It is simple keep a couple different bags of frozen veggies in your freezer. Anytime you see that you are having dinner and there are no veggies in your meal, start boiling some water.

Tip - The more color you get in your veggies the better. Eat green, orange, white, red, and yellow, try your best to mix it up because they all can help you in many different ways.
