It’s crazy how many people totally neglect their feet, but in reality it is almost impossible to play a lot of sports with major foot injuries. Training starts from the ground up, and guess what if their is a problem with your feet, there eventually will be a problem somewhere else in your body. Trust me!
That back, groin, hamstring, ankle, hip, or whatever else that is injured may be the result of tight feet. Just think about it, it’s the first body part to touch the floor, so your feet are off so will the rest of your body. The best part is to help prevent this it really does not take that much work.
All you need is a golf ball, THATS IT.
Roll your foot over the ball until you find tender spots, and hold it on that spot for a about 30 seconds, or keep rolling on that spot until it is gone. I do this everyday, and everyday I find new tender spots. To start training from the ground up this is the way to do it.
