It’s hard enough trying to figure out WHAT to eat for breakfast…and it’s more important to eat breakfast to start the day of right. It prepares you for the day both mentally and physically and all skipping this meal does is cause a lack of concentration and a poor performance at school, work or during your training.
Enough about that though. Its enough trouble thinking about breakfast but even more of a hassel deciding which cereal you might have in the morning. So, EatingTheRoad came up with a much easier way to help out!

Interesting display, and it was accurate in giving me an accurate result!
I made my way down to a choice of Cheerios, Special K and Total -I happen to love all three of those cereals! lol
