This is the introduction to a Three Part Series on 4 Essential Tools that every athlete should own.
You can have all the tools in the world to help you in your sport, but using them properly and efficiently (and consistently!) is what is essential in becoming a better athlete.
I have 4 tools that I use everyday to help my body recover from a days practice and get prepared for the next training day. These tools are easy to carry with you to practice, when your traveling or to just have at home. Recovery is an important process in an athlete’s career.
The upcoming tools in the next couple of months:
- improves flexibility and range of motion
- improves circulation and allows your muscles to fully relax
- experience less fatigue and soreness to recover faster
- prepares the muscles for rigorous activity (and flush the muscles from rigorous activity)
